Useless.Even when you do wait over an hour on the phone the customer service people rush you off the phone and don't care about any issue you report.I called a week ago to get a wire to my home reconnected that broke from a storm

@sepekj @_moniquew Yup, we switched to AT&T fiber for the same reason. Breezeline internet doesn't work.

@breezeline charged us $50 on our final bill because a technician came out to check our broken internet. The internet went out again a few hours after the tech left.

@breezeline You all are unreal. Been trying for months to downgrade my service and can’t get a hold of anyone to help. Now one of your agents is threatening to come after my credit score for past due bills on services I don’t want and can’t cancel b/c no one will pick up the phone.

@breezeline That is wrong. Been waiting for over 35 minutes on hold waiting for service. It keeps telling me the same wait time of 25 minutes. Online chat the same says 15 to 20?minutes wait. I pay over$600 a month for no service. Cannot even talk, email or even set up my account online

Man! How does @breezeline have all our services down for so called Maintenance and the service doesn't get any better? Wifi still trash and the service is over price for the quality. Ordered a new modem and it's no better then the last one.

@breezeline I call and get an offshore help desk that says to reboot the modem. That’s not fixing it. Your call center is not helpful.

@breezeline I just tried. Operator was supposedly transferring me to someone who can handle my problem but, after an hour of waiting, no one ever answered in the chat. Any other ideas?
