@AtlanticBBInc I have the highest internet possible & it says my signal strength is excellent, YET it takes 12 minutes to upload a :58 second video. I'm getting scammed & ripped off & they just say, well you can go somewhere else, but they're the only provider around. CLASSACTION LAWSUIT ANYONE

@AtlanticBBInc I’m guessing it has something to do with the last couple techs telling us the equipment you gave us to use is garbage and they wouldn’t use it themselves but we would have to spend more money if we wanted it better...

I had @wow_way for nearly two years and had next to no issues. The one time I did, it was fixed within an hour. Breezeline takes over their Ohio territory and it's been an absolute nightmare ever since.

REALLY appreciate @GetSpectrum doing utility work around my house, adding a utility box to my backyard as a surprise, and then cutting our internet service line to the house so we now have no internet for multiple days... we're not even their customers. We have @breezeline

@evildrbob - Breezeline’s fiber facilities sustained significant damage after a truck struck a pole on West Broad St in Columbus yesterday. The fiber cut resulted in a service interruption for customers in the Lincoln Village and Galloway areas of Columbus.
