@WaveConnects In terms of one has a stronger signal over long distances Vs shorter distances? Yeah, but that’s about the limit of it. The curious thing is that our phones are next to one another, within 20’ of router, yet hers doesn’t stay connected to 5Ghz yet mine has never had a problem

@nassim_ahmadi @RCNconnects Nope. I spoke to them by chat and they couldn't tell me any details about the outage, beyond the generic "we're working on it." Couldn't give me an ETA on fix. If this isn't fixed by the morning, I l plan to request a refund on my monthly bill for each day it's out.

@RCNconnects I’m in 20005 and my service has been out for over 36 hours! I work from home so I need internet. When I call, I get an automated answer! I NEED internet NOW!!! I also need credit for those hours of NON SERVICE! In fact, I should be getting a month FREE for this stress and hassle!

@WaveConnects Have an open DM already. Response so far is: "🤷seems like a 'you' problem" and asking for me to jump through hoops to PROVE it's not on my end.It's a regular, repeating pattern, measured FROM the router itself.

@grandecom What's with cable problems with Grande (Astound)? Local channels won't come up...but upper channels do (like MSNBC, TNT, etc) (Corpus Christi) and DON'T TELL ME TO REBOOT THE TIVO

@RCNconnects my bill went up with a “municipal construction surcharge” and a “network access and maintenance fee” without warning. I was told these are taxes being passed to me. Explain.
