I kind of love my fruity beverages. Take thisPeach Rosé Sangria. It’s pretty amazing. I’m a goner when you give me a Sangria. I love them. The first Sangria I ever had was thisBlueberry Sangriaand I fell in love with all Sangria’s after one sip! Are you a Sangria lover like me? They remember me of happy days, summer days, blissfulness and I need this right now.
Last week was a bit crazy. We had were at the cabin last weekend so nothing go accomplished at home. Don’t get me wrong I love our weekends at the cabin where I get to bum around and do nothing productive, but it’s catch up when I get home. So I had a ton of laundry to catch up on along with all that other housework that gets done on the weekends. That means the ten loads of laundry that didn’t happen had to happen during the week. Then we add on top of it that we had something going on every night of the week. Well it got ugly. The house is a bit of a mess or a lot of a mess. The laundry might be clean but it’s definitely not put away. And then we took off on Friday for a little get away!

We were in need of a little get away and Miss K has been begging to go to a hotel and swim for the last 29 months it seems. Well, maybe not that long but when you get asked if she can go to a hotel every time we drive by one, mind you we go past two on the way to and from daycare everyday, it seems like 29 months. So we took that as our cue and decided a water park and some family time was what we needed! Although, I may be rethinking that after the craziness of taking a trip to a water park with two young children!
In all actuality Mom’s ideal vacation would not be a water park. Duh! Pretty sure it would be a tropical get away with warm, turquoise water, sandy beaches and an umbrella in this Sangria that I made you today! Who’s with me on that one?

Unfortunately I haven’t been to a place like that for about 10 years. Sigh. When we are done having children we are taking that said trip and celebrating with a little alone time! We will need it by then!
In the mean time you’ll find this Mom enjoying this Rainbow Sangria that’s easy, delicious and FUN! That’s as close as I’m getting to that scenario!
